Watts Realty Co., Inc. has successfully represented The Purple Onion Deli and Grill in negotiating a 10 year lease for 3500 sf of an out parcel located off Hwy 280 in the Super Target Plaza on Riverview Parkway in Inverness, set to open for business in Spring 2010. Amanda Hardin represented the Purple Onion. Developers Diversified Realty represented themselves as the Owner.
