Our Vice President, Qualifying Broker, and Certified Property Manager® of Watts Realty, David graduated from Auburn University in Business Administration: Family Business Management Concentration. David received his CPM designation with IREM in 2011.

He has handled over $235,000,000 in gross sales, lease, & development volume as well as greater than $200,000,000 in gross renewal lease volume of end of 2023.

David's passion is finding the right resolution to a complex real property issue, stabilizing the most complicated portfolios or assets through strong execution of a very focused management plan. A born property manager that loves the challenge & a tough project. Licensed in real estate.
