"Bill" Watts III, CCIM, CPM, CRB, GRI (since 1970) - Chairman of the Board of Watts Realty and leader in various civic, religious and industry organizations; a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB). He keeps us informed and involved in industry and market changes as well as expansion of management services and clientele. 2006 Past President of the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Bill was appointed in 2007 by Governor Bob Riley to the Alabama Real Estate Commission as Commissioner for United States Congressional District 6 for Alabama which includes parts of Birmingham. "Chip" Watts IV, CCIM, CPM (since 1998) - Our President, Qualifying Broker and Executive Certified Property Manager of Watts Realty and active in various civic and industry organizations,  Chip graduated from Auburn University in 1996.  Chip was awarded the national professional designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2002 and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2004.   Kristin Hallmark (since 1980) – Our Treasurer and Office Manager has over 25 years of experience in administrative management. Our company depends on her to keep us running smoothly and effortlessly while providing our clients the best possible service in accounting, property management and insurance issues. Kristin also acts as our Human Resource Manager. Kristin is active in various civic organizations and serves on the Executive Board for Moody Miracle League and is a volunteer firefighter. J. Howard King, CCIM (since 1992) – Brings over 30 years of continuous commercial investment experience acquired in both corporate-institutional and entrepreneurial organizations. Howard has directed the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and portfolio management of income and user properties in the southeast. Parrish, MAI, CRE (since 1995) (RETIRED) - Has 57 years of experience in real estate appraisal, management, sales and consultation; has a low-key style and outstanding success representing his clients through the generations. David R. Mugg, NCARB (since 2006) David is our in-house commercial building consultant who is not only a licensed real estate salesman but also a current practicing registered architect with national certification through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He brings over 36 years of professional experience in planning and design of commercial facilities and offers a true professional dimension to commercial relocation. His creative talents in this field can help clients visualize possibilities in a way that can help capture the opportunities that might otherwise be missed. His technical training can help to make the growth process a lot less painful and unpredictable. Armed with a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering along with years of extended course studies in low sloped roofing, ADA, fire protection, brick construction, building codes, Environmental Air Quality and many other technical subjects. Allison Mirabito (since 2005) – Allison splits her time as a sales and leasing agent and as Property Manager  for one of our apartment complexes, Georgetown Gardens, in Hoover. Allison's office hours at Watts is Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Other days she may be found at Georgetown. Allison graduated from Auburn University with a dual degree in Public Relations and Marketing.   Natalie Brown (since 2007) – Natalie is our Commercial Lease Administrator and administrative assistant and is responsible for administrating our commercial leases as well as coordinating any commercial repair needs with our independent contractors. She provides individual service to our commercial tenants and clients while facilitating the needs of both parties. Prior to Watts, Natalie spent over 13 years in the banking industry and was primarily focused in the commercial banking side of the industry. Over the past 10 years, Natalie has devoted herself to volunteer work within her church family and, at times, has extended her volunteer work to organizations such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters and Junior Achievement.
